“Wonderwood Explorers is a wonderful experience for children, allowing them to play and explore the outside world in a safe environment. “My daughter was 2 1/2 when we started forest school with Ellie. The activities were pitched just right for her – there were things to stretch her that she hadn’t done before as well as plenty of free play in the forest area.
We all enjoyed having a fire at the sessions and she continues to want to collect sticks for a campfire whenever we are out and about! We also enjoyed the crafts, mud kitchen and slack line balancing.
I felt she was safe always, with Ellie and her assistant and Mum, Jill, giving clear, age-appropriate instructions and gentle reminders at each session.
The forest setting at the Rural Life Centre was fab – plenty of parking, toilets nearby etc all taking the stress out of it for the grown-ups.
I’d highly recommend forest school with Ellie for a fun, educational and interactive class with your little ones”
