Your children’s holiday time should be as far removed from a classroom or school hall as possible and you can’t get much further her than spending time in the woods surrounded by space, trees, nature and fresh air.
Our holiday clubs are all about the children having a ton of fun, learning new skills, really getting time to find out what they are into and helping them develop their confidence, social skills, self-esteem and independence.
We will be hosting a Halloween Family session on the 29th October at the Rural Life Centre. As well as the favourites such as the mud kitchen, slick-line, small world play, bug hunting and of course the woods to play in there will be a potion making area, pumpkin hammering and other Halloween fun.
Also included will be a snack break with hot chocolate and biscuits and story time. We wont have a fire at this session.
This session will be run by Terry who has been running our Little Explorers session in Fleet and Jenny who qualified with Ellie from the Surrey Wildlife Trust and runs a forest school in a Surrey School in term time.
Our days in the wood might include den building, games, imagination play, nature crafts, trails, stories, art, walking slack-line and of course time to explorer and for the children to have their own adventures.
Who is it for?
Our holiday day club will be ideal for children who love to explore & try new things.
